Diane Feldman
Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Respiratory Educator, Certified Tobacco Educator
Diane has worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist/Certified Respiratory Educator for the Lung Health Foundation for more than 20 years. Prior to that, she worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an acute care hospital. Her specific interest is in asthma and COPD management as well as other lung diseases, smoking cessation and air quality.

Sara Han
BSc. RRT, CRE,
Sara is the Community Programs and Partnerships Manager at the Lung Health Foundation (LHF). She oversees Fitness for Breath, LHF’s virtual exercise maintenance program, and the national peer support group for people impacted by lung disease. Sara also develops relationships and partnerships with organizations in the community to help improve and expand community respiratory supports. Sara’s experience includes working directly with people living with lung disease at all stages of their journey. She has experience working as a registered respiratory therapist in the acute care setting in a hospital, at a family health team and working at the Lung Health Foundation since 2013 in primary and community care programs. She has been a certified respiratory educator and TEACH-trained smoking cessation counsellor for 14 years.
