Diane Feldman

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Respiratory Educator, Certified Tobacco Educator
Diane has worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist/Certified Respiratory Educator for the Lung Health Foundation for more than 20 years. Prior to that, she worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in an acute care hospital. Her specific interest is in asthma and COPD management as well as other lung diseases, smoking cessation and air quality.

Sara Han

BSc. RRT, CRE,

Sara Han, works as the Lung Health Foundation’s Primary Care Asthma Program (PCAP) provincial coordinator, where she plays a role in implementing an evidence-based asthma and COPD program throughout primary care in Ontario. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Respiratory Educator (CRE), she has experience working in the hospital and primary care settings in Ontario. She is also a TEACH trained smoking cessation counselor. She has served on the Health Quality Ontario expert panels for COPD and has also facilitated a Delphi panel for the development of National COPD quality indicators
