WORLD COPD DAY NEWS: The first novel biologic treatment for COPD is under review with Canada’s Drug Agency.

Your treatment. Your voice. Your input.

The Lung Health Foundation is proud to be a registered Patient Group with Canada’s Drug Agency (CDA) and their provincial counterparts. This means that we have been tasked with gathering valuable treatment feedback from our community of people with lived lung disease experience.

By sharing your feedback through our brief, confidential surveys, you can be a part of Canada’s drug review process and could even help unlock better access and more funding for new treatments.

Share your COPD experience

On World COPD Day (November 20), the Lung Health Foundation is launching a new Patient Input Portal survey on the topic of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). If you live with COPD, or care for someone who does, we urge you to share your experiences.

Protecting your privacy

The information you voluntarily provide in this questionnaire will be used to better inform our submissions to Canada’s Drug Agency (CDA – formerly the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health). Your responses will be combined with those of many others and summarized in a report to further protect your anonymity. No personally identifiable information will be shared within the submissions.

Questions? We’re here to help!

If you have questions or concerns about participating, please contact patientsupport@lunghealth.ca. There are options for participation for people who do not feel comfortable using the online survey, but wish to share their feedback over the phone.
