Exercises to Manage COPD
For those living with COPD, regular exercise programs and physical activity can result in fewer flare-ups and hospitalizations and a better overall quality of life. That’s why we encourage you to take back your breath with physical activity.
Cardio & Core
Full Body Fitness
30 minutes of physical activity is recommended per day every day. Even small, 10-minute movements three times a day adds up. Regular movement will help you to do more and feel less short of breath. But talk to your healthcare provider before starting any exercise routine.
