5 Goals for 5 Years

Our Commitment

The goals that we are unveiling today are bolder — because we are bolder.

Starting today, our five areas of focus are matched up with 5 powerful, outcome-based aspirations that are guiding and structuring everything we do:

Our Asthma Goal: to ensure no one loses a loved one to asthma

Asthma

Our goal: Zero deaths attributed to asthma

Our COPD goal: to help people with COPD live their lives to the fullest by keeping them out of hospital.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Our goal: 10% reduction in hospitalizations due to COPD

Our lung cancer goal: to give people living with lung cancer a fighting chance by eliminating the barrier of stigma

Lung Cancer

Our goal: 5% increase in lung cancer survivorship

Our immunization goal: to make sure that older adults don't lose their independence in life.

Immunization

Our goal: 5% increase in rates of vaccination against influenza and pneumococcal disease for adults 50+

Our goal for Smoking and Vaping: Reducing smoking & vaping rates to ensure future generations don't suffer the debilitating effects of lung disease.
