Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer-related death in Canada—about 1 in 14 Canadians will be diagnosed with it at some point in their lives.
But Lung Cancer Awareness Month is about more than just numbers.
Behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a community. Throughout November, we’re coming together to share stories, spark important conversations, and drive change.
Our theme for 2025 continues to be HOPE – Helping Others Persevere through Experience.
This November, we invite you to take part in a month full of education, advocacy, and support as we work together to improve outcomes for everyone affected by lung cancer.
